Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping costs do not include duties & taxes. Please reach out to our customer care team with any questions.

Within in Australia

Regular Flat Rate of $10.00

Delivery within 5-7 business days

 

Express

Flat rate of $15.00.
Delivery within 1-3 business days

 

International locations - Quote will be estimated at your checkout

 

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN


We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. We’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.  

  • Please note: For Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.

  • Sale items are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

  • If you are exchanging or returning an item you will need to cover the cost of postage. When we process refunds or returns we deduct Postage costs incurred by us at the time of delivery.

 

Exchanges

Please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.
Pre-orders  and Bespoke orders  cannot be refunded or exchanged

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace it for you asap.
To ensure quick and safe delivery of your exchange please include a registered express reply paid satchel. We recommended you register your reply paid satchel so the item can be tracked down.
